Oasis’ first contest. And a pretty important one!
What is it about?
Oasis needs a symbol. Why? It makes promotion much easier and besides, it’s amazing if people see a symbol and immediately think “hey, that’s Oasis!”
So what do I have to do?
You have to make a symbol for Oasis. Of course this may not be an ordinary symbol, there are some rules!
* it may not be a symbol which is already in use (like Christians use a cross and Közi an eye);
* it must be a .png format;
* it must be self-made;
* it may not contain any text (because it has to be resizable);
* it may not be racist or pornographic.
You have to make your symbol on a transparent background so I can easily copy it and past it onto other pictures. The symbol has to be resizable to button format (100x35). If you have made and finished it you can send it to this e-mail address*.

Any deadlines?
Well, since this will become a pretty important part of the lay-out and promotion I really want to have enough entries. This means the deadline is far out of sight. By the time I have enough entries I will put up a deadline and give you one more month to come up with something.
Any prizes to win?
Yes of course! First of all you’ll get a special credit! Next to that you’ll, of course, get a special prize too. By the time the winners are revealed I will send every participant an e-mail and put up the information on the site.
So in short:
